Large Banana Screen Working Principle

High-speed feeding stratified section

The feeding screening angle is large, which speeds up the moving speed of the material and plays a role of rapid stratification, and the easy-to-sieve material can be screened more quickly.

Medium speed screening section

As the inclination angle of the sieve surface decreases, the moving speed of the material will

be slowed down to form a material layer, which will increase the sieving probability of the particles,improve the screening efficiency, and complete the main sieving and partial stratification.

Low speed discharge stage

The screening angle continues to decrease, and the materials close to the size of the screen mesh are screened at this stage.
